Collections Automation: Treasury (CAT) is a robust and user-friendly web application designed to streamline and automate the collection management processes for Treasury Department. Admin accounts in Collections Automation: Treasury (CAT) have comprehensive access to manage and oversee collections, billing files, and user accounts within the system. This documentation provides a detailed guide on using admin features in CAT.
To log in as an administrator in CAT, follow these steps:
Upon logging in, admin will be directed to the Collections tab, where admins can oversee all collection submissions from all the branches. This feature allows admin to:
Source File tab shows the data similar to what we call billing files. Source File data is synced with our Data Warehouse (Snowflake). It also includes a search feature that enables the admin to easily find the loan details for a specific client.
In the Branch Users tab, you can view and manage branch accounts created by the system.

Column that shows the starting digits of the OR# for a specific branch. Branches with no Starting Series cannot submit deposited collections, undeposited is the only option for them. If a Starting Series is assigned to a branch, they can submit deposited collections, along with the name of the deposit bank.
Starting series can only be added/updated once.
If new starting series have to be added, please contact system developer to add a new starting series for OR#.
