¶ What is CAT - Collections Automation: Treasury?
Collections Automation: Treasury (CAT) is a robust and user-friendly web application designed to streamline and automate the collection management processes for Treasury Department. CAT simplifies the often complex tasks associated with encoding and managing client collections, billing files, and user accounts, providing administrators and branch users with an efficient and secure platform.
¶ Admin Accounts
Admin accounts in Collections Automation: Treasury (CAT) have comprehensive access to manage and oversee collections, billing files, and user accounts within the system. This documentation provides a detailed guide on using admin features in CAT.
¶ Accessing CAT as an Admin
To log in as an administrator in CAT, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the CAT login page.
- Enter the admin username and password. If you do not have these credentials or encounter any issues, please contact your system administrator or direct to DTT CAREs.
- Click the Log In button to access admin account.
¶ Collections
Upon logging in, admin will be directed to the Collections tab, where admins can oversee all collection submissions from all the branches. This feature allows admin to:
- View all their own submitted collections in table view showing the branch, pnnumber, client name, client code, pension type, and attachments.
- Filter submissions by date and by area to access specific records. First, input the start and end date of the desired records. Select the branch to filter. Finally, click the Apply Date Filter button to show the desired records.
- Download collection data for record-keeping by clicking the Download button at the top right part of the screen. Downloaded file can be opened using Microsoft Excel.
¶ Source File
Source File tab shows the data similar to what we call billing files. Source File data is synced with our Data Warehouse (Snowflake). It also includes a search feature that enables the admin to easily find the loan details for a specific client.
¶ Branch Users
In the Branch Users tab, you can view and manage branch accounts created by the system.

Column that shows the branch area and its username.
Example: Branch Area - AKLAN BRANCH, username - @aklanbranch -
¶ Starting Series
Column that shows the starting digits of the OR# for a specific branch. Branches with no Starting Series cannot submit deposited collections, undeposited is the only option for them. If a Starting Series is assigned to a branch, they can submit deposited collections, along with the name of the deposit bank.

¶ Actions
- Copy - allows the admin to copy the credentials(username and password) instantly to clipboard.
- Reset - allows the admin to generate new password to branch users.
- Starting Series - allows the admin to add starting digits to a specific branch user.
Starting series can only be added/updated once.
If new starting series have to be added, please contact system developer to add a new starting series for OR#.
